Welcome to Zaroorio. These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Zaroorio is an online store selling home, kitchen, beauty and everyday essentials to customers in Pakistan. You can contact us at zaroorio.official@gmail.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show product details, colours and images as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, packaging or design may occur due to screen settings or supplier updates. Product images are for illustration.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. Our team will reach out to you to confirm your order before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot confirm your details, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive orders.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Any other payment options offered are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and details are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, holidays or events outside our control.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. For eligible items we will replace the item, or give a refund where a replacement is not possible. The cost of returning an item to us is paid by the customer. The delivery charge on the replacement item is also paid by the customer, and we confirm the amount with you before dispatch. See our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for details. If an order is cancelled after an online payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.

8. Using our products

Please read and follow the instructions and safety & care information provided with each product. Zaroorio is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect use or failure to follow the instructions.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, place false orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content on this website, including our name, logo and designs, belongs to Zaroorio and may not be copied without permission.
