Once your parcel leaves us, we send you your tracking number along with the name of the courier carrying it. Enter that number on the courier's website and you'll see exactly where your order is.
No tracking yet? Orders usually go out within 1 working day of confirmation. If it's been longer than that, message us on WhatsApp at 0325 255 9252 or email zaroorio.official@gmail.com with your order number and we'll find out why.
Tracking not moving? Scans often lag a day, especially over the weekend. If there's no update for 48 hours, tell us and we'll chase it up.
